HVCA Patient Portal  - Let's Connect!

The Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona Patient Portal is now open!  We are pleased to be able to offer online patient services through this portal.  It is a secure site for patients that have established care with our practice to access portions of the medical record, send secure messages to a physician, request test results and communicate with our billing department and even pay bills online.

Secure eMail communication has a number of advantages over other types of communication.  It is fast, convenient, and efficient.  Please keep in mind that although Secure eMail can be a very effective tool, it is not a substitute for a physical exam by your doctor. It is important to know that if your email address is through your employer or your family shares the address, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the eMail exchanges.

Remember, you must be an established patient of our practice before you can begin the portal registration process.

Click the "Patient Portal Enter."  Now you are in the Patient Portal.
Click "Join the HVCA Patient Portal"  (You will now be prompted to fill out the login information screens)
   Use your email address as your login!
