Background

Marilyn Pérez relocated to Arizona in 2002. She is originally from Puerto Rico where she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Cardiovascular Center of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  She was instrumental in developing the center’s advanced cardiac programs. The most significant achievement was the Heart Transplant Program.  With a labor relations background, she is now committed to developing human talent and the standards that the practice has set regarding fairness and compliance. Marilyn focuses on staff retention and job satisfaction, two very important keys to the success of Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona.
