Background:
Brenda has been a nurse since 1988 and has extensive nursing experience in multiple areas, including Cardiology, Emergency/Trauma, Flight Nursing, Neonatal/Pediatric Intensive Care and Post Anesthesia Care. Before moving to Phoenix she worked for five years as a Nurse Practitioner in a busy Cardiology practice in Spokane, Washington. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing through the Intercollegiate Center for Nursing Education, Eastern Washington University, Cheney, Washington in 1988. In 2006, she received her Masters of Science in Nursing at Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington.
After 21 years of service and attaining the rank of Lt. Colonel, Brenda retired as a Chief Nurse in the Washington Air National Guard/United States Air Force. She enjoys her free time with her family, her grandchildren, cooking, golfing, riding her Harley, and traveling.
