Cardiovascular and Adult Nurse Practitioner 

Background:

Angel graduated with her Bachelors degree from the College of Nursing and Healthcare Innovation in 2007 and started her nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Boswell Medical Center.   Over the next several years, she honed her critical care nursing skills at the bedside and started the Adult Nurse Practitioner program through the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois.  She finished graduate school in May 2011 and became licensed as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.  Angel believes in the proactive approach to healthcare, prevention of disease and the use of evidence-based practice management guidelines.  Angel is currently pursuing the Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree through the University of St. Francis with the love and support from family and friends.
