Background:
Cindy was born and raised in Taiwan. Her nursing experience started when she entered HungKuang Junior College of Nursing at 15 years old.
Her philosophy of healing is to integrating research to provide evidence-based practice in addition to promoting compassionate care. She believes that advanced practice nursing in acute disease management must be supported with an emphasis in patient education, health promotion and disease prevention.
Cindy has been in Arizona for 15 years. From being born and raised in a little village in Taiwan, to now practicing advanced nursing in America, she is often thankful to her parents’ support for her education, as well as America’s warmest arms to welcome deserving new immigrants to this land of opportunity. She says her story is an American dream come true.
